Abstract
Business competition is very sharp as it is today is a big challenge for companies to stay afloat and increase the desired sales. Sales as one of the important activities carried out by every company. Companies must plan and control properly to achieve company goals, namely increasing sales. In increasing sales, the company must apply the right strategy where the strategy must be prepared at an early stage as in the description of the Business Model Canvas work paper.
This study aims to find out a clear picture of the nine element canvas business model system that will increase sales at PT. The work of Satria Malang City. The next stage is development using Paired Sample t-Test analysis which begins by looking at the company's sales before using the
Business Model Canvas and after using the Business Model Canvas. After doing the analysis, it can be seen whether the company's achievements can increase sales or not.
The research method used is descriptive quantitative research, namely research that uses descriptions, explanations, and summarizing various research variables according to existing events. This research was conducted at the company PT. The work of Satria Malang City. The
results of this study were obtained from interviews with leaders and employees of the company PT. The work of Satria Malang City.
The results show that the Canvas Business Model is very helpful in increasing sales, it can be seen that there is an increase in sales of 1,299 projects carried out by the company PT. The work of Satria Malang. The Business Strategy Canvas Model is carried out by the company by
implementing nine business elements, namely Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnership, Cost Structure. The level of sales that occurred in the company PT. The work of Satria Kota Malang before and after using the Canvas Business Model was 0.03 (p < 0.05). Based on sales descriptive statistics, it can be concluded that the level of sales at PT. The work of Satria Malang City experienced a difference when using the Canvas Business Model.
