Abstract

A waterfall that still has a beautiful environment and beautiful scenery is Coban Putri waterfall which is located in Batu City. Not only that, but this tour also provides tourist attractions that tourists can enjoy, such as flying fox, rock climbing, and camping ground. Tourist satisfaction is one of the factors that can affect the development of Coban Putri tourism in Batu City. This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attractions and facilities on tourist satisfaction. The author uses 99 respondents, namely tourists who have visited Coban Putri tourism in Batu City. In decision-making, the author uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The technique used in this research is to distribute questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that: 1) tourist attraction affects tourist satisfaction; 2) tourist facilities influence tourist satisfaction; 3) tourist attraction and tourist facilities affect the satisfaction of visitors simultaneously.
