Abstract
To be able to improve work discipline of workers an organi-zation leader certainly should provide the employee an instance of work discipline. This of course should be initiated by the leader him/ herself,such that he/she becomes a model to be followed by the employee, and must establish a good working climate in his/her own organization. With discipline in working it will expected that all activities run well so that an organization goals can be achieved Thus if there are any violations against the discipline, then the leader should make immediate effort ofearly prevention from these violence and try to keep the employee to work according to prevailing standards in the organization
