Abstract

The results showed that, guidance and control aspects, technical guidance and training aspects of the government is not maximized, where the total category is quite effective and ineffective on average reached 50%, but people still keep the status and functions of the forest well, this is evidenced by total results are very effective and effective category average of 90% due to the already high public awareness. Whereas in transparency of the licensing process, the process determination work area, forest conservation, as well as sanctions against the social forest management and access to be able to manage the social forest has been executed, the total is very effective and effective category average of 95%. This is in accordance with the principles of public service that requires transparency in public service
