Abstract
This article discusses the social resilience of rural communities in facing various kinds of problems that cause
multidimensional poverty. Social resilience based on established social institutions provides new hope in the opening network access to strengthen the institutional capacity of the local economy so that a communal entity can be built out of poverty. The decentralization and autonomy practices imposed on the village government provide new nuances in realizing prosperity.
