Abstract
Nusa Cendana University students need a place to stay while in Kupang. Undana dormitories have not met the capacity of those who want to live in the dormitory, there are dormitories that have not been built for students. The purpose of planning this hostel is to meet the needs of Undana students. The object of planning student dormitories is on Jalan Penfui, Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Dormitory planning is carried out using several study methods that must be considered. Dormitory planning refers to the necessary
requirements and requirements and provides facilities that can support the activities of students living in the dormitory. After obtaining data and analyzing both internally and externally, it produces a dormitory with four floors. Meanwhile, the dormitory building has four floors with a
student capacity of + 400 people so that it is sufficient for the quota of students who are interested in living in it.
