In this research, the researcher discussed how is the implementation of social responsibility by PT. NarmadaAwetMuda towards the society around and how is the administration penalty when the company do not implement the social responsibility as in chapter 74 of the Statute number 40 2007. By the existence of this problem, the researcher is aimed to: First, examine and analyze the implementation of social responsibility by PT. Narmada Awet Muda towards the society around. Second, to know and understand the administration penalty when the company do not implement the social responsibility as in chapter 74 of the Statute number 40 2007. To answer the examined problems mentioned, this research used empirical normative by using statute approach and structural-functional approach and macro. Statute approach is aimed to find out the basic of relevant rule whereas structural-functional approach and macro is expected to be able to understand the social conditions happened in the society. This research was done in province of West Nusa Tenggara, West Lombok, Sub District of Narmada. In this research, the researcher found out some results. First, the implementation of social responsibility which is done by PT. NarmadaAwetMuda in Statute number 40 2007 about the Restricted Business Company is insufficient and still far from the expectation. The insufficient implementation of social responsibility by PT. NarmadaAwetMuda is caused by its less confident in implementing the social responsibility and lack of harmonious relation between the company and regional government. Second, administration penalty in the acceptable stipulations, in this point is concerning the implementation of social responsibility which has not been implementing maximally and optimally by the regional government as regulated in regional rules of NTB number 6 2012.
