In this era of growing democracy has led to the right of every person to express their opinions publicly, either orally or in writing. One way to express their opinions, comments and even complaints in writing can be delivered through mass media. The mass media especially the print media reader provides a letter to readers who wish to submit grievances to the public. Rubric letters should be provided by the media in order to serve the public interest (publicservice obligation). Mail reader is a space for community, especially the readers to inform the public of information that has not or does not publicized by the media. Comments, opinions and complaints expressed by the author of a letter from a reader as a consumer company to the manufacturer can be a compliment and a complaint or complaints. Consumers can write a sense of satisfaction for services from a manufacturer through the letter reader. Manufacturers who feel flattered for the services he has provided to consumers who wrote in the letter the reader is of course no reservations on the text (praise) in these letters. Another case where complaints by consumers who wrote letters in the print media have responded very well by the manufacturer with the same letter the following reply to the statement apologize and thank you and there is also a producer who thinks he complained in a letter that the reader does not receive and file a lawsuit because the author has considered the letter reader to act against the law to honor that caused losses for producers.
