The customer complaint in Telecommunication Company that is directed to the official shows that the companies has not been able to meet the service requirements to the customer in relation to service delivery. We need to realize that the public standard is not static but dynamic along with the change in need and economy condition level of society. The journal discusses the law protection for customers of household telephone service according to the Act no 8, 1999.
