Abstract

Considering the regulation stated in clause 19 and clause 20 of Government Regulation No 14, 2005, it is the only regulation that is special designed to regulate the procedure of debt removal of national / regional company. Consequently, along with the elimination of the clause, the basic meaning (philosopical base) of the release of Government Regulation No 33, 2006 shifts and doesn't go along with the purpose of the release Government Regulation No 14, 2005 as the legal umbrella for the absolute elimination of national / regional debt as stated in clause 37, article (5) Act no 1, 2004 about the state treasury.
