Giving the proper salary to the worker as the companion of the entrepreneur on the production process is somewhat suitable for the intention of humanity. Generally, the primary motive for the worker to do their work is to make a living for themselves and for their family. So, Government Law Policy in the field of salary has important meaning to the effort of increasing the workers's prosperity. The rule of law of minimum wage intended as safety net for the worker as they wont paid under standard and expected to raise the worker's prosperity. Thus the law policies in minimum wage from year to year raise the minimum wage nominal that should have positive impact to increase the worker prosperity. Even they can say that even though their minimum wage nominally raise increase particularly decrease. While it doesn't mean that worker productivity are the highest, but ironically it doesn't followed by proper salary increase. For the workers there are another factor beside the good salary to increase productivity, humanoids treat, guaranted work safety and health, conducive work environment, etc.
