This research haves a purpose to descripted a motivation, job discipline and job performance at Badan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sorong, to know influence of motivation and job discipline to officer job performance at Badan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sorong and analyse dominant influence between motivation and job discipline to officer job performance at Badan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sorong. Thereby becoming population is officer at Badan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sorong. Data collecting is done by using enquette and data analysis mode which will be applied at this research is with Multiple regression analycal technique. This technique applied to determine accuracy from influence overall of independent variable to variale is not free. Based on at result of calculation analysis by using doubled linear regression analysis proves that there is significant influence between job motivation (XI) and job discipline (X2) to job performance (y). This thing know from value signifikansi F calculate (0,000) far smaller that 0,05. So Hor refused and has is receive. Based on at value R square 0,143, this thing means contribution of motivation variable and job discipline to officer job pergormance equal to m14,3% and 85,7% influenced by other variable of which is not checked in this research. With value R=0,379, the relation of motivation variable and job discipline to low relative officer job pergormance. Still second influence of the independent variable hardly significant to alteration happened at officer labour capacity in Badan Lingkungan Hidup Kaupaten Sorong.
