Abstract

It is very clear that 21st job is technological skill.
People need to increase their competencies in technology. This paper try to scrutiy observe “technology acceptance” of workers in their workplace. Technology acceptance as a behavioral side in information Technology become topics of great interest for Management Information System researcher. The interaction between human and computer driven manyidea for researcherto examine this phenomenon. The purpose of this paper is to examine the available empirical literature on behaviriol side in Information Technology. By reviewing the extent o which empirical work support or refutes the behavioral side in Information Technology, it will bepossible to better understand the extent to which these kind of research are predictive and descriptive ofbehavioral side in Information Technology
