Abstract

On the Job Training program aims to provide essential work experience and to apply the skils gained at he college. The D3 English Program provides OJT opportunities in content creation-related fields for its students. During the OJT Program the writer was assigned at the Language center of the University of Merdeka Malang as a content creator. There were several main jobs of content creator such as creating a logo, graphics, and brochures of the Language Center of The University of Merdeka Malang. The writer was also responsible for mantaining and managing the website of the Language Center of The University of Merdeka Malang. The writer had encountered some problems when working as a content creator, such as having trouble getting ideas or inspirations for the design and unfamiliarity with the website settings. However the writer tried to find the solution when dealing with these problems by searching ideas or inspiration on the internet for example, google search images and social media. The OJT Program gives exellent opportunities and experiences for the students to work in a real work environment.
