Abstract

Personnel selling is a resource determining subject to the success of the insurance
gain. For this, the development of the personnel selling have to do to keep for firm survival. He objective of the research is so find out the influence of personnel siling development to work competence, performance and reward. The importance of the research is to find out which factor are the most dominat in the personnel selling development method. The research approach used is explanatory research with the purposive sampling and individual analysis unit. The method analysis is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The research result showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between the educational, training and experience variables and work competence, work competence and performance and performance and reward. This, personnel selling development through the educationa as the most way, because itÂ’s can increase performance and reward.
