The purpose of this research are to describe several job aspects and job satisfaction. Further, this research to know so far the effect of job aspects to the job satisfaction, and also to know which variables contribute dominantly the job satisfaction. This study can be reference to Merdeka University in order to formulate a policy relate to how to improve job satisfaction. In this research is used explanative method, by 49 samples that consist of lecturers. The sampling technique of this research is proportional simple random sampling. Result shows that among the six variables such as salary (x1), wage after hours (x2), functional incentive (x3), job promotion (x4), controller (x5) and job partner (x6), in fact, controller has a significant effect to the job satisfaction.
