Basically, the aims of replacement are to improve employee career, to encourage work motivation in performing healthy competition, to terminate the displeasing at work and to diminish the grouping at working units. The positive impact of internal replacement is performing well-behaved cooperation at the working environment. The employees who are in pleasing working environment.
