Abstract

As generally known accounting departments graduates are considered to have low quality. Based on recent studies there are 2 (two) reasons for this: (1) accounting curiculums are not matched with up to date practices, and (2) they were not introduced to real practies that they will face when they have finished their study. One of recommendation of those studies is to introduce to students the real job in order to improve graduates quality. So it important to make relationship with business and then on the job training (OJT) program can be conducted to give an apportunity to students for knowing real world.
