Abstract

The investment climate in Indonesia is still contaminated by the poor services from the officers. The illegal tariffs, both those must be paid for bureaucracy apparatus and those taken from surrounding the business environment on behalf of certain institution, mostly has occurs. Besides, most of the businessmen are treated discriminatively by the bureaucrats in case of business permission. Better servicing is provided for those being capable of paying more money for business approval when it is compared to those paying less money. This can result in the investment climate get more restricted as well. In the case of development implementation in Kabupaten Malang areas in order to handle with development issues, mainly in the matter of the acceleration of local economy recovery process within the context of regional autonomy, one of which is emphasized on the investment improvement.
