Staffing is people arrangement who's helping organizational leader, both as the chief of the other lower unit also as the assistant staff who's responsible to perform the certain supporting activities in the organization. The objective of this research is to recognize the staffing function performance (the employee arrangement) which organized by the Perum Perumnas Sawojajar Malang in order presenting or employee resulting, growing or increasing the job quality staff also using them. This research applied towards the Perum Perumnas Sawojajar employee which is consists of the unit chief, the developing performance department, administration department, finance department, and also security department, with total responden of 30 person. This research includes as the non experimental research observed by the objective and the descriptive research character.
