Objectives of this research are to analize the influence of motivation, leader’s behavior and career development opportunity toward the official performance at the Departement of Regional Income in Buru Island Regency and to analize the dominant factor, among motivation, leader’s behavior and career development apportunity in influencing the official performance. Data analysis technique uses Multi-Linear Regression. Result of the research show that the hypothesis test accepted as motivation, leader’s behavior and career development opportunity have positive and significant influence toward the official performance at the Departement of Regional Income of Buru Island Regency. But, result of the seond hypothesis test, which considered career development opportunity having dominant influence toward the official performance, rejected due to based on the analysis result, the official motivation has dominant influence toward the official performance at the Departement of Regional Income of Buru Island Regency. In means that in improving the official performance, motivation improvement is badly needed.
