Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyse the difference factors of male paramedics motivation (job satisfaction), namely, achievement, valuation, the job, responsibility, and promotion from female paramedics at DR. ASoepraoen Tk. 05.05.01 Hospital in Malang. The result of research had showed that there is no different factyors of motivation (job satisfaction) between male and female paramedics. On the other hand it seen that the length of the time of there job points their difference in the motivation (job's satisfaction) factors male and female paramedics at DR. Soepraoen Tk. II 05.05.01 Hospital in Malang. That statement is shown by T Test for two samples using 95% significant level or 5% by two Tail significant level.
