Abstract

This research discussed about marketing mix factors that becoming the main consideration of customer in saving their fund at govermental bank in Malang and in order to find out which marketing mix factor that becoming the main consideration of customer in saving fund at governmental in Malng. This research uses 20 variables derived from 7 factors : product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence. Data analysis uses confirmatory factor analysis.
