The aims of this research are, to explain the influence of duty behavior variable, correlation behavior, salary, complement compensation, and the intensive teacher received together with teacher work achievement, to explain the influence of duty behavior variable, correlation behavior, salary, complement compensation, and the intensive teacher reseived partially due to teacher work achievement. This research result indicates variabel influencing is teacher work achievement variable. The are duty behavior (XI) in B regression coefisien in the amount of 0.218. Corelation behavior (X2) in B regression coeffisien in the amount of 0.226. Salary (X3) in B regression coeffisien in the amount of 0.262. Complement compensation (X4) in B regression coeffisien in teh amount6 of o.355 and intencive (X5) in B regression coeffisien in the amount of 0.773. All together influence teacher work achievement in the amount of 41.7 %.
