Abstract

Most peoples in developing countries were in mass poverty. In order to overcome of mass poverty was to develop their economy. Succeed or not theirs economy always looks at economy developing was not capital factor but technology develop. There for, increasing of community education has to developing countries which to be able increasing of community welfares.
