This thinking outcome tries to see new concepts of civil society from the perspectives of ontology, axiology, and epistemology. Ontologically, civil is a democratic society. In axiology view, civil society has purpose to stifle various reform demands coming either from domestic or foreign. In addition, through civilized society some innovations in education will emerge. Epistemologically, this society is achived with short- and long-term goals through democratization of education. With educational democratization there will occur the process of equalizing teacher and leaners. In educational innovation eith democratization context it will be necessary to give concern on pragmatic problems so that the leaner will not be loosened from cultural and societal norms.
