The purpose of this research is to recognize the signification of leadership style to work performance of labors in the village unit cooperation (KUD) in the district of Sorong. Additional, other aim is to identify which variables dominantly effect to the labors work performance. The research variables consist of work performance variable(Y), the autocratic leader (x1), the participative (x2), and the free-rain leader variable (X3). The population of this research are all labours working in the KUD in the district of Sorong. Based on the regression analysis model, in fact, the first hypothesis is true. Further, among the research variables, the participative factor (x3) has effect dominantly to the labour work performance. It means that the second hypothesis are accepted as well.
