The study aimed to analyze motivational factors including wage, working conditions, social needs, recognational needs, and self-actualizational needs on the worker's achievements and to analyze the most important and meaningful effect of the motivational factors in CV Hana Ngunut, Tulungagung. The sample consisted of 76 workers of 125 indivuals in the population. There were two hyphotesis offered. First, the motivation variables including wage, working conditions, social needs, recognational needs, and self-actualizational needs had important effects on the working achievements. Second, the social needs had an important effect on the worker's achievements. As a whole the five had the significant effect on the worker's variables included in this study really
achivements indicated by multiple-correlations between the factors and the working achievement of 0.575. The determination coefficient (R2) of 0,425 indicated that the motivational variables accountedfo 42.5% of the working achievement variable. Of the five variables, the wage variable was the dominant variable in effecting the production worker's achievement in the textile corporation, CV Hana Ngunut Tulungagung. So, it did not answer the second hypothesis.
