Abstract

Technology developments and information needs became an important factor in an organization. The technology and information developments interacted one another to form a model playing an important role in organization performances. The model had an impact on the organizational information system. The information system in the organization got strategically important values. The information system which had the strategic values changed the decision-making processes and the structure of organization. The change effected on functions of management, so they became more efficient and effective in achieving the objectives set by the organization magement.
