The purpose of the research is to find the relationship between self-esteem and emotional intelligence with the free sexual behavior among students of Merdeka Malang University. It is also to find whether there is differences on free sexual behavior in term of living location. The subjectd of the research are sof Merdeka Malang University with ages between 19-21 years old. Population sample consists of 1091 subjectd and the samp;e consist of 126 subjectd. ResearchÂ’s subjects have been taken by chance, The measurement are Self Estee Questionnaire ( AHD,1986 ). Emotional Intelligence Scale and Sexual Behavior Scale, each subject should filling out the three form of measurement along with identity data form. The data have been analysed using regression analyses which has been preceded by a Normality Test Form, linier test and Kolinier test by SPS-2000 from sutrisno Hadi.
The analyses ptoduced R2 + 0,909; F = 615.137; db = 2 ; p = 0,000 (p<0,010) which indicate there is a significant relation between setf-esteem and emotional Intelligence with free-sexual behavior Correlation tendency can be seen from partial correlation rxly = 0,228 ( positive value ) with p = 0,010 and rx2y = -0,953 ( negative value ) with p = 0,000 which indicated there is a positive relation between selt-exteem with free-sexual behavior and there is a negative relation between emotional intelligence to free sexual behavior can be seen from effective contribution : 89.923%. From the Analysed of Varians can be concluded there is a significance difference on free sexual behavior of the students from three different living location
