Abstract

Starting from the needs of most users access internet service will be fast, cheap and comfortable while using the internet access of course with an interesting presentation of the cafe facility Tutu Demas see any opportunity to develop business in the area with considerations hospitality reasonable like the number of youth who are Wi-Fi service at the cafes which are used as places in which event collector is also available with an assortment of drinks and good food at offordable price. In making a purchase, consumer behavior is influenced by several factors, including cultural, social, personal and psycological.
This research aims: 1) To identify factors to consider user (cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psycological factors) in the purchase of Wi-Fi service Tutu Cafe Malang Demas; 2) To determine the most considered factor in the decision- making users purchase of Wi-Fi servise at the cafe Tutu Demas Malang. Therefore, research attempted to analyzw the factors that user consider in making purchasing decisions of Wi-Fi service cafe Tutu Demas, particularly on cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psycological factors.
By using quantitative descriptive analysis, using sampling techniques used in this study is the accidental sampling technique. Accidental sampling technique is the technique of sampling by chance anyone who happens to find researchers in the research area that is at a cafe in the poor Tutu Demas where questionnaires were distributed to visitors who happened to use Wi-Fi services as determined by the number of samples amounted to 100 people researchers. It was concluded as follows: (1) Factors to be considered in making purchasing decisions Wi-Fi service cafe Tutu Demas is the cultural, social, personal, psycological. (2) Personal variables are the factor that most consumers consider the purchase of Wi-Fi service cafe Demas Tutu on average due to do tendency to answer a greater good then any other factor. This indicates that the personal in this case that included age, economic situation, lifestyle accupation, proved to have a better effect than any other factor. As for advice for the cafe Tutu Demas is 1) Should pay attention to the cafe Tutu Demas factors that are considered by user such as cultural factors, social, personal and psycological. Because of these factors contribute to behavior and attitudes of users purchase service at a Cafe Tutu Demas. 2) Shall the Cafe Tutu Demas make new breakthroughs and innovatios in marketting strategy, so that the business activity are not left behind by its competitors outside factors that are considered by user in making purchasing decisions such as : low-cost packages of food or drink so that interested users to make purchase Wi-Fi service at Cafe Tutu Demas. 3) In addition, the Cafe Tutu Demas must establish good communication with service users Tutu Demas, because then users will feel comfortable when it was at the Cafe Tutu Demas. And of course, always follow the technological development of internet access service better, so expect a Cafe Tutu Demas can always complete with other cafes in Malang.
