Reward system is one of the media to motivate the employee in order to increase their performance, defend competent employee and commit to the organization. Because of this, the company must have a good plan on reward system effectively and efficienly, since the proper compentation will give important contribution to the company in reaching the goal. One of the alternatives in incentive reward system is financial incentive. The effective incentive must pay attention to usefulness principle, top management support, fair principle, employee participation, psychological consideration. The factors that influence the personnel selling incentive are correction of the kind of the product, service and customer kind of sales forces, selling organization, kind of activity and sales prominence.
