The training and development seem to be a company activity that is useful to make better and develop the attitude, behavior, skills and knowledge of the employee as it is wanted by the company. The frequency of the training and development is able to increase the employee’s knowledge and skills and the later is increasing employee’s productivity. In short, because of training and development the employee’s work productivity at PT Incor Bola Pasific Pasuruan increases.
