The Indonesian Economy grew about 3.5%-4% resulted from the increasing export and investment performances. However, the global growth of economy achieved 3.70% higher than the growth in 2002, which just achieved 2.8%. Developing countries reached the higher economic growth than developed countries such as USA, Japan, and Europe, which achieved about 2.6%, 1.1%, and 2.3% respectively. The economic growths of Asian, ASEAN-4, African, and South American regions were 4.2%, 4.3%, 4.2%, and 3% respectively and tended to increase. While the banking condition was still liquid, the monetary policy was directed to gradually reduce rate of credit interest to support the positive sign to the economic restoration process.
