Abstract

The working culture changes related to the uses of information technology for E-commerce strongly affected the changes on central business district
(CBD) and urban infrastructure conditions. Today working is nwre efficient because the increasing uses of information system changes working place
organizations and working conditions. The fast urban economic growth because of increasingly using the information technology (E-commerce) in the big scale would affect spatial conditions in CBD. The urban economic activities were no longer seen just from the social physical activities, but determinate by the effectiveness and efficiency of economic activities. Related to urban spatial needs in CBD, various economic facilities were not longer seen as a necessity but the supporting facilities of excellent communication technology and information.
