Abstract
The credit issue from The General Bank must understand and ensure the capacity and capability of credit receivers in paying off their debt according to the agreement. The capacity and capability factors must get good attention for the sake of bank as the credit issuer in general and every credit request that must be accompanied with the related credit guaranty. In analysis of the present journal, the author discusses the effort to solve the bad debt credit without security in community business loan.
