Abstract

The change of people life in any field by the year of 2000 run very rapidly, including to in social, political, and cultural sectors. All the occur due to the fact that living process has taken place in cross-border, as through the national jurisdictions are not so prevailing and any nations tend to be one world. In this situation, the role of nation-state in this global dynamic will be decreased, if not in the matters of maintaining teriitorial security it would certainly in providing wealth for human beings. The basis for such hypothesis is that the fact that globalization has resulted in various and the lines of resources being easily able to be transported to any other countries with less constraints across national borders of any countries elsewhere
