Abstract

Probolinggo agricultural potential in the fileld of food crops mainly rice productivity is considerably higher than other food crops such as maize, peanuts and soybeans. But in reality the potential is not accompanied with excellent service to farmers by the agriculture ministry officials, this is evidenced by the many complaints from farmers ranging from feritilizess, availability of seeds, irrigation until the Field Extension Officers (PPL). The research objective is to provide a solution to the problem of public services in the agriculture sector in Probolinggo. The study is the establishment of the Quality improvement Team Public Affairs in Environmental Government agriculture Probolinggo, exevted to be a solution for improving public services in agriculture through methods that involve the community in establishing criteria for public service agencies in improving public service exellence.
