Abstract

This aim of the thuis research is to analyze the influence of lecturers' this study is based on Competition Program held by DIKTI motivation given to them on their teaching performance and to know the most influencing variables between then. This explanatory research is done in Technics Faculty of Merdeka University Malang. The sample population in this research is 50 lecturers' in Technics Faculty receiving and participating in A-2 Competition Program held by DIKTI taken by sesus method. Multiple linear regression is used to analyzis the influence of lecturers' motivation given to them on their teaching performance. The result of this research showed that the motivation variables unfluence significantly the lectures' performance. The result of multiple linear regression analysis abowed that motivation variables give combution impact of about 30%. It can be seen also that motivation variable has higher influence on the lecturers' performace in Technics Faculty of Merdeka University Malang.
