Abstract
Organizational culture is an aspect of a company, referring to the values and norms of the business section. This article aims to discuss the organizational culture adopted by multinational companies. The role of globalization encourages every organization in various countries to have a varied management culture. The organizational culture of expatriate employees involves the management of 3 types of employees, namely, host-country nationals / HCNs, employees of home-country nationals / PCNs, and third-country nationals / TCNs. The dimensions of organizational culture refer to Hofstede's dimensions such as individualism / collectivism, distance of strength, masculinity / femininity, avoidance of uncertainty, long-term orientation. This study will provide valuable insight for management to recognize the impact of diverse organizational cultures and efforts in analyzing and evaluating. HR management in multinational companies involves more complex arrangements, such as the issue of applicable labor regulations, wage conversion & transfer pricing, expatriates, and cultural problems, which ultimately affect corporate culture.
