Abstract

Personal Selling is one way of promotion that can be done company. Sales person is a person who plays an important role in the success of personal selling process. Sometimes the messages conveyed by the sales person to the customer are inconsistent with each other, there are sales people dropping each other, passing fraud on the quality of the product, the different styles and languages it can cause the personal selling process to fail. In this digital era there are still many companies in Indonesia who still rely on the way of personal selling marketing although the effectiveness of personal selling has diminished. This article will focus on assessing whether personal selling is still effective to increase product sales in the digital age.
