Abstract
This study attempts to analyzes the impact of culture organization, job satisfaction, employee performance and commitment as variable intervening viability. Objects research chosen in the study PT. Millennium Pharmacon International. Data collected through a method of the independent filled with 31 respondents.There were 2 is a questionnaire hosted by all employees organization of culture, job satisfaction and commitment organization, while the questionnaire assessed by manager of employee performance.The result of this research prove and give the conclusion that (1) culture organization influential significantly on performance employees, (2) satisfaction influential significantly work on the performance of employees, (3) value of significant variables reaches as high as of the jeddah based organization cultures are borrowing trademarks of these pay rises on performance them through commitment on the part of variables reaches as high as organisational.
