Abstract
This journal aims to add international insights about the existing school in Surabaya with the This article was created to add insight into the training and development of international schools in Surabaya with the latest methods under the name of IB PYP and at Surabaya Intercultural School (SIS) implemented; from planning, implementation and assessment or evaluation. Besides, this research also tried to reveal the supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of PYP program in SIS. Factors that cause shortages of international schools are training and development. The results of this study to show training and development in terms of management education, good for teaching and learning process. All curriculum is written in Atlas Rubicon software. Then the mapping of this curriculum is done by each individual teacher with the guidance of a curriculum coordinator who doubles as elementary school principal.
