Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of family conflict on employee performance in a job. Based on the results of research on dual-career employees at Puskesmas Ciptomulyo, Malang and data analysis using qualitative research methodology, it can be seen that in the effort of achieving the target according to the expected of a job is influenced by family conflict. This method was done by interviewing techniques with a number of pre-prepared questions and obtaining primary data from one of the Heads of Puskesmas on November 18. Taken from these results, indicating that Family Conflict has a negative and positive influence on labor performance. The influence of mediation between work-family conflicts and organizational commitment, and there is no significant difference between the intensity of work-family conflict between men and women.
