Abstract
The success of a company depends on the contribution of its Human Resources. Well-planned recruitment and selection processes are required by companies, including multinational companies. Multinational companies need to pay attention to the recruitment and selection of workers by considering the factors that can affect the productivity of the company. The purpose of this paper is to determine the source of labor, constraints and factors that affect the recruitment and selection process in multinational companies. The method used is literature study. The results show that: (1) Determining well-structured recruitment and selection strategies and taking into account the culture and provisions applicable to the host country will produce positive results for a multinational company and (2) an effective recruitment and selection process a company also affects the company's financial performance.
