Abstract
Today almost every workplace uses the contract system, as well as the profession of educators or a teacher who is a permanent teacher and there is also a teacher is not fixed or commonly called honorary teachers. Because it is difficult to find work to get individuals to accept the contract system. In addition, individual motivation is willing to accept such circumstances because to meet the needs of his life, want to have a job, a form of community service, educate the young generation through education. Although the income from the honorary teacher profession is not worth the job but the spirit to continue to work well educating the younger generation will continue to run well although the motivation of work on each teacher honorary different.
