Abstract
Justice is a priority within the compensation system. Compensation justice can be divided into three namely internal justice, external justice, and individual justice. In the event of injustice in the provision of compensation may result in lower employee performance. One of the tasks for human resource management that is quite difficult is to determine the wages of its employees. By applying the right wage system is expected to create justice in the provision of compensation and positive impact on employee performance.
