Abstract
Human resources have an important role for the organization, because the progress and success of an organization of course also supported by humans as its employees in the organization. In addition the organization also wants to grow its employees by looking at some aspects of training and work experience that is useful to advance the competence of an employee. Articel is to know the training program and work experience to meet employee competency. With a training program and work experience, employees can develop better capabilities and in this articel also compare between training programs and work experience useful to support employee competence.
