Abstract
Rise and fall of employee’s performance caused by their unsupportive co-workers, unpleasant boss and uncomfortable enviromental conditions resulting in work stress on employee. Factors that cause work stress is called stressor. Job stress can’t be avoided, but can be managed. Stressor management can be done with various methods among other hobbies, communication, meditation, bathing, massage, yelling, sports, recreation, aromatheraphy, laughing, listening to music, sleep, think positively, and eat healthy foods. Basically stress occurs due to overthinking and pressure which makes the lack of concentration. But it still can be prevented even managed to reduce its impact in doing the job. If the stressor can be managed properly by individuals and companies, the performance of employee will increase.
