Abstract
Human resources (HR) is the basic capital of a national development, so then the quality of human resources should be developed continuously and is directed in order to achieve the goals expected. Human resources is one of the important factors in the life of a successful company, then the company will continue to strive to improve the quality of human resource. For that some activities by firms is the recruitment and selection of employees. Recruitment is interesting or looking for new employees that comply with the requirements raised by the company to prospective employees. While the selection is the selection of the employees qualified candidates in accordance with the requirements of the companies that have the required compatibility with the company. The recruitment of regular employees of the company conducted by a human resources manager with two stages, namely from within and from outside the company, after it recently conducted a selection process prospective employees. Recruitment and selection of employees aiming to find a candidate qualified employees, where prospective applicants will be selected through several stages of the tests is long enough so that companies actually get employees that comply with the criteria required by the company.
